TrainerX · AI for trainers · Kuala Lumpur

Spending too long preparing training materials?

Bring one training topic and use AI to develop its outline, slides, media, assessments and participant materials. TrainerX is a two-day AI for trainers programme in Kuala Lumpur, with guided practice and feedback on the work you build.

Available as a standalone course. You do not need to join the Academy.

During the programme

Build one real training programme

Participants bring one training topic and develop its structure, slides, media, assessment, evaluation and value-add assets. The trainer remains responsible for the accuracy, relevance and final quality of every output.

How participants learn

Practice, feedback and application.

Each module begins with a live demonstration, followed by work on the participant’s own programme.

Participants refine prompts and assets through structured practice, peer feedback and facilitator review.

Participants practise a sequence of prompts, using one response as input for the next. They review each response and remain responsible for the final material.

Your questions

Before you enquire.

How can I use AI to prepare training slides and activities faster?

Use AI to help draft and organise materials for a defined training topic, then check the outputs against your learning outcomes and audience. In TrainerX, a two-day AI for trainers course in Kuala Lumpur, you develop an outline, slides, media, assessments and participant materials through guided practice and feedback. You remain responsible for accuracy, relevance and final quality.

AI gives me generic training content. How do I make it useful?

Give the tool a clear training task and context, then review and refine its output. TrainerX teaches its PROMPT model and applies it to one real training topic through demonstrations, guided application, peer feedback and facilitator critique. See the tools and programme topics.

Should I learn workshop design before using AI for training?

A clear audience, learning outcomes and session plan help you judge whether AI-generated material is useful. TrainerX includes structured programme design while developing your materials. If your main need is learning-needs analysis, workshop planning, delivery and evaluation, compare MWS Licensed Trainer.
