His work here includes trainer development, workshop design, facilitation, presentation practice and mentoring. The Academy brings five core programmes together with a separate year of mentoring; each programme can also be taken on its own.

- Standalone courses address a specific skill without Academy membership.
- The 12-month Academy adds mentoring and support for HRD Corp TTT-certified trainers accepted through interview.
- Authority is a separate route for established trainers developing their framework, offers and buyer-facing assets. Academy participation is not required.
- L&D and company enquiries address individual professional development or a private company class.
Academy membership does not guarantee entry into the Abundant Impact team, ELITE recognition, assignments, clients or income.

The guides are published by Bridge-Maker Academy. Programme descriptions draw on the published course outlines and confirmed offer details. Worked examples are labelled editorial illustrations. They are not participant results, additional curriculum promises or quotations from Soo Hoo.
