Your questions

Before you enquire.

How do I turn my expertise into a workshop people will pay for?

Start with a defined audience and a learning need, then connect the learning outcomes, session sequence, activities and evaluation. MWS Licensed Trainer is a three-day programme in Kuala Lumpur where you prepare these workshop elements. It develops workshop design and delivery skills; a paying client still has to choose your offer. Explore the workshop-design topics.

I have slides, but my workshop feels disjointed. Where do I start?

Check what participants need to be able to do, then arrange each explanation, activity and evaluation around that outcome. MWS covers training-needs analysis, learning objectives, lesson planning, workshop sequence and activity instructions so you can work on those connections.

Should I choose MWS or TrainerX to build my workshop?

Choose MWS if you need to work on learning needs, objectives, workshop structure, delivery and evaluation. TrainerX focuses on using AI to develop the outline, slides, media, assessments and participant materials for one real training topic. Both are available independently of the Academy.

Is MWS the HRD Corp TTT certification course?

No. MWS develops workshop planning, delivery and evaluation skills; it is not the HRD Corp TTT certification course. You may enter standalone MWS with or without external accreditation. Admission to the 12-month Academy separately requires HRD Corp TTT certification and an interview.

Can I take this programme without joining the Academy?

Yes. This programme is available as a standalone course, with its own fee and entry requirements. The five core programmes are also included in the Academy fee. See standalone enrolment details, or explore the full Academy.

The programme is delivered in person in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia, from 9am to 5pm daily (UTC+8). View the 2027 programme calendar and confirm your selected intake, exact venue and written offer with the team before paying.
