During the programme
Design and test your own learning game
Each participant develops a unique learning game and tests it during Game Day. Any books, external certificates, invitations or coaching bonuses are confirmed separately for each intake.
Inside a two-day workshop.
Participants prepare materials and try learning activities together. With only two days, the games developed were less complex than in the full three-day Experiential Learning Designer programme listed here.

Your questions
Before you enquire.
How can I make my training more engaging when participants seem bored?
Plan an activity around what participants need to learn, then use a debrief to examine what happened and what it means. In the three-day Experiential Learning Designer programme in Kuala Lumpur, you design your own learning game and test it during Game Day. The curriculum covers game mechanics, themes, room setup, safety and facilitation. Explore the learning-game topics.
How do I make a training game useful rather than just fun?
Connect the game to a learning purpose and give the debrief as much attention as the activity. This programme covers learning-game design and debriefing alongside adult-learning trends, documentation and event operations. You test your own game during Game Day so you can examine how it works in practice.
Will I design my own learning game or only take part in activities?
Each participant develops a unique learning game and tests it during Game Day. The published programme lasts three days. The workshop video on this page shows a compressed two-day version with less complex games; it illustrates classroom activity without changing the current course duration.
