Terms for the work ahead.

1. Acceptance and a place

1. An enquiry and an Academy interview do not guarantee a place.
2. A place is offered only after the Academy interview confirms that the route is a fit.
3. If the Academy is not the right route yet, we will refer you to a more suitable pathway, an individual programme, or the free community.
4. Your place is secured when you accept the offer and complete the agreed payment arrangement.

2. What the Academy includes

1. The 2027 Academy runs over 12 months and includes five core programmes, completed once for 15 in-person days in Kuala Lumpur. The MWS trainer licence is included in the Academy fee.
2. You choose the available delivery window for each core programme. After completing a core programme once, you may attend any later 2027 delivery of that programme as a free refresher.
3. Between in-person blocks, the Academy includes one two-hour Ask Me Anything session each month, one monthly Carry Bag session where a junior trainer shadows and crews in a senior trainer’s classroom, and continuous online coaching and mentoring. Carry Bag belongs to Academy, not Authority.
4. Learning resources may include simulations such as TheVoyage and TheCORE, and profiling tools such as DISC and TalentCompass, selected to support the work you are doing.

3. Fees and payment

1. Early entry is USD 4,498 when you register by 31 December 2026 for one of the five available places. Standard entry is USD 5,328 for accepted applicants after early entry closes, subject to place availability.
2. You may pay in full or use an instalment arrangement of up to 36 months.
3. Instalments may be arranged through your credit card, subject to the card issuer’s approval and terms, or through a payment schedule administered by Bridge-Maker Academy. Your available option and payment schedule will be confirmed in writing before you enrol.

4. Cancellation and pro-rated fees

1. Send a cancellation request in writing to the Academy team.
2. The individual programme prices used for the calculation are the public prices for those programmes at the time of your enrolment.
3. Cancellation does not convert the Academy into a guarantee of a refund. The Academy team will confirm the adjusted amount and any outstanding or returnable balance in writing after receiving your request.

5. Professional practice

Trainers with their own established framework, brand, clients and training-provider relationships are served through Authority. Authority is a service to their existing practice, without admission or invitation into the team.

Abundant Impact is the training provider company working with trainers from junior level through to ELITE. Academy is a development pathway with potential entry into that team. Academy enrolment does not guarantee team membership, assignments or ELITE status. ELITE identifies exclusive team members who have demonstrated the quality of their training and delivery.

1. The Academy is a guided professional-development route. It does not guarantee client work, income, awards, roster placement, or a particular career outcome.
2. Members are expected to participate respectfully, protect confidential material shared in the cohort, and use feedback in good faith.
3. Learning materials, simulations, profiling tools, software, and apps remain subject to their applicable usage terms and are provided only where relevant to the Academy work.
